By accessing or using dwelcore.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, including the live chat or contact forms.

Unless otherwise noted, all text, graphics, logos, and software on the Site are owned by Dwelcore or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. House plan documents purchased through the Site are licensed, not sold — see our Purchase Agreement for the specific rights that come with a plan purchase.

When you submit a message through our contact form, live chat, or a modification request — including any files you attach — you grant Dwelcore a license to use that content to respond to you and provide the requested service. You’re responsible for making sure anything you submit doesn’t infringe a third party’s rights or contain unlawful content.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, a payment processor). Dwelcore is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dwelcore does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. House plans are designed for general IRC-based residential use; local code requirements, engineering stamps, and jurisdiction-specific modifications may be required before permitting or construction — see our Purchase Agreement for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwelcore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Dwelcore’s total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to Dwelcore in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dwelcore harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Dwelcore or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
