Dwelcore plans are complete construction document sets, not just floor plan images. Every plan is designed from the ground up to the 2021 International Residential Code and reviewed by a former building department official before publication. What you receive is everything your builder and building department need to begin construction.
What Plans Include
Plan packages may include floor plans, foundation plans, roof plans, four exterior elevations, two building sections, framing plans, interior elevations, window and door schedules, electrical plans, and structural notes and details.

Floor Plans
Dimensioned floor layouts for every level, showing room sizes, wall thickness, door and window placement, and interior traffic flow.
Foundation Plans
Foundation layout showing footing sizes, anchor bolt locations, and load-bearing wall placement below the main floor level.
Roof Plans
Top-down view showing all ridge lines, valley lines, slope direction, and overhang dimensions.
Four Exterior Elevations
Front, rear, left, and right elevation drawings showing rooflines, siding materials, window profiles, and architectural character.
Two Building Sections
Vertical cut-through drawings showing floor-to-ceiling heights and how the structure stacks from foundation to roof.
Framing Plans
Floor and roof framing layouts showing joist, rafter, and truss spacing and direction for your builder's framing crew.
Interior Elevations
Elevation views of key interior walls, including kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins, showing cabinet, fixture, and finish heights.
Window and Door Schedules
A reference table listing every window and door on the plan, with sizes, types, and rough-opening dimensions.
Electrical Plans
Outlet, switch, and fixture locations for every room. Required by most building departments for permit issuance.
Structural Notes and Details
Foundation, framing, and connection details drawn with reference to 2021 IRC requirements.

Understand your plan license before you purchase.
Your selected package includes the purchase license shown on the plan page. The license explains how many times the plan may be built, how the files may be used and whether modifications are permitted. Review the applicable terms before completing your order.
