Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Dwelcore LLC (“Dwelcore,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use dwelcore.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and city, via Firebase Authentication. Your account role (customer, architect, or admin) is stored alongside this profile.

Order and license information. When you purchase a plan, we store the plan(s) purchased, the license package and configuration selected, and order totals, so we can deliver your files and honor your license.

Support and modification requests. If you contact us, request a plan modification quote, or use our live chat, we store what you send us — including your name, email, message content, and any files you choose to attach — so our team can respond.

Usage data. We use browser local storage to remember guest carts, saved (favorited) plans, and an anonymous chat identifier for signed-out visitors, entirely on your device unless you create an account or submit a form.

Payment information.Card and payment details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on Dwelcore’s own servers.

2. How We Use Information

  • Create and maintain your account, and deliver purchased plan files.
  • Respond to contact submissions, modification quote requests, and chat messages.
  • Process orders, prevent fraud, and enforce our license terms.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, download links, support replies).
  • With your separate consent, send occasional product updates, new plan releases, or design guides via our newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our catalog, site performance, and customer experience.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart or favorites list, and maintain your place in a multi-step flow like checkout. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, or send email on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law or to protect Dwelcore’s legal rights.
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections, access-controlled databases, and role-based admin permissions — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to honor your plan license, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Support, contact, and modification-request records are retained for our internal record-keeping.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You may access, update, or delete much of your account information directly from your Account settings. You may also contact us to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion, subject to our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs (for example, we may retain order records required for licensing and tax purposes).

8. Children's Privacy

Dwelcore is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
